Coaching is a supportive, thought-provoking partnership that helps you create clarity, discover new perspectives, and move forward with purpose. Unlike advice or consulting, coaching starts with the belief that you already hold the answers – my role is to ask powerful questions, listen deeply, and help unlock your own insights.

Coaching can support you in navigating transitions, building confidence, making decisions, or simply creating more balance and fulfillment in your life. It’s a space just for you – to pause, reflect, and take meaningful steps toward the changes you want.

What Coaching With Me Looks Like
Coaching is a journey, not a shortcut. To truly see the impact of coaching, it should be done over a few sessions. My package includes seven 50-minute sessions, every two weeks, over the course of 3 months. These sessions will take place virtually. The package consists of a Discovery Session – getting to know you and laying the foundation for what’s to come, 5 Coaching Sessions – where the magic happens, and an Evaluation Session – to see how far you’ve come and what’s next for you.
